Warranty plan helps cover the electronic items against problems that occur after purchase.Warranty is applicable for all the products purchased from shopmonk.com.While all the electronic products come with a One Year Warranty, there will be a 6 month Warranty on the Accessories accompanying it. All warranty claims are managed by Shopmonk authorized service centers and are picked up and delivered by our dedicated logistics partners. * Once the product reaches the Shopmonk authorized service center, an inspection will be done and an estimate of the repair will be shared with the customer. Once the go ahead is received from the customer, the repair will be done. If the repair is not possible, the product will be sent back to the customer.

How to Issue a Claim?

  • Reach us at support@shopmonk.com or call us at 1300 304 508 and provide the details about the issue.
  • Once the pickup is approved by us, an email will be sent containing a pre-paid shipping label (Airway Bill Number) for you to print and attach to the package. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our logistics partners.
  • Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
  • Item will be inspected. If the terms apply, the item will be repaired.Please check the terms and conditions of warranty here.

FAQs

  • The serial number has been removed from the item’s box, what do I do? If the serial number is removed from the item’s box, we will not be able to cover the costs of repair. Please make sure not to tamper with the serial number or remove it. In case this happens, please contact us, we might be able to help.
  • What is covered under the Monk Warranty Plan?
    The warranty will not apply to any damages as listed below:
    - Cosmetic damage
    - Deliberately damaging or neglecting the item
    - Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
    - Cracked Screens
    - Water Spills
    - Drops
    - Routine servicing, inspection, maintenance, dismantling or cleaning of the covered item
    - The covered item being used by someone else other than you or a member of your family
  • How many times can an item be sent for electronic malfunction repairs under Monk Warranty?
    Your item will benefit of unlimited electronic malfunction repairs, if it’s covered under Monk Warranty.
  • Where should I go and get the device fixed if there is an issue with the product?
    If the issue is covered under the Monk Warranty, our dedicated logistics partner will pick it up. The device will be serviced at Shopmonk authorized service center. It will be delivered back to you (at the same location where it was picked up from) by our dedicated logistics partner.
  • Can I extend the warranty after purchasing the item?
    The Monk Warranty will be part of an electronic product purchase on shopmonk.com only. Unfortunately,the Monk Warranty cannot be extended.
  • What if there is damage not covered by Monk Warranty? The product will be inspected at a Shopmonk authorized service center and will be repaired, if possible. Else, it will be returned back to you.
